| TI Kim, President and CEO |

|
TI was formerly Executive Vice President of Marketing
and Business Development at Neolink Technologies. He was
responsible for the development of product planning and
marketing strategy and the creation of the company's market
positioning and public relations. Prior to Neolink, TI was
formerly Senior Manager of Marketing & Business Development
of Synopsys Inc., headquartered in Sunnyvale, USA, a leading
company in EDA (Electronic Design Automation) industry.
At Synopsys, he also took various responsibilities including
Sales Manager and Product Marketing Manager. While with
Synopsys, TI has acquired communication and management skills
as well as high-tech marketing and business development
experiences. Structuring a Wireless Design Consulting Service
organization, he also served as a project manager as well
as corporate application engineer, specialized in professional
services for wireless communication system design in Asia-Pac
rim, which has been the fastest growing sector in the region.
He received a BS in EE from Seoul National University. |

| Hee Man Lee, Ph.D., Technology Adviser |

| Dr. Lee supervises R&D logistics and technical intellectual
property assets of Radiant development. He brings his expertise
drawing from his tenure as the chief researcher at Samsung
Central R&D Laboratories. Dr. Lee is an associate professor
at Seowon University. Dr. Lee received his BS in EE from
Korea University, MS in EE from KIST, and PhD in EE from
Texas A&M, USA. |

| Ted Kwon, Ph.D., Principal Staff of Technology |

| Dr. Kwon was Senior Research Staff at Multimedia Communications
Lab at Seoul National University, from which he earned a
Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering. Prior to that,
he was a visiting scholar at University of North Texas,
UCLA and a Researcher at IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center.
He brings to Radiant deep insights on and extensive experience
in positioning technology and mobile IP technology research
& development as well as commercial implementation of telecommunication
systems. His major area of interest has been All-IP Wireless
network, Next generation Internet and Multimedia Networking.
At Radiant, Dr. Kwon's primary mission is to collaborate
with positioning technology R & D team to conduct the research
and development activity of In-Door solutions to current
positioning technology, which has been one of the major
market requirements in LBS industry and in the long term,
to develop a new positioning technology to realize our long
term vision, "Ubiquitous LBS". He holds a Ph.D., MS and
BS in Computer Science & Engineering from Seoul National
University. |

| TJ Ha, Chief Technology Officer |

| TJ HA takes a senior management role for Engineering
division at Radiant leveraging his extensive project & process
management and control in major software and system integration
companies. TJ also brings his expertise in software architecturing
and high-level design as well as system engineering for
positioning technology applications to Radiant R&D team.
He served as the team leader for Hyundai Information Technology
and Softbank . While being an expert in mobile radio technologies,
he has been critical in developing the key location determination
algorithm for Radiant. TJ studied areas of Software Architecture,
Software Quality Management, Process Improvement at Carnegie
Melon University. |

| Jiwon Ha, Ph.D., Chief Finance Officer |

| Dr. Ha brings to the company her long and rich experiences
in Consumer Market Research, Quality Management and consulting
projects for high-tech customers in Korea. She is an expert in
an area of CRM (Customer Relation Management) and Consumer Behavior
in a fast growing high-tech market. Also, Dr. Ha is a Chartered
ISO, QMS (Quality Management System) Auditor from IRCA. She earned
a PhD, MBA and a BBA from Ewha Woman's University. |
